It’s not all bad, but it’s not all good
The pool area is stunning with tropical plants and a saltwater pool a nice bonus. Breakfast includes a solid variety and staff are genuinely friendly.
The hotel shows signs of aging and some areas felt neglected. Finding rooms can be a confusing experience due to poor signage.

The pool area is a lovely spot with beautiful plants, and the saltwater was a hit with the kids. The family suite provided ample space for our group of three adults and two children, featuring bunk beds and a fold-out couch. However, the hotel seems in dire need of renovations. there was a noticeable odor in the hallways and pool area, and the breakfast options were limited and not very flavorful.

Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities
I stayed one night with my family and was pleased with the beautifully maintained indoor pool area. The staff are friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast could use more variety. For future guests, checking the pool hours in advance is a good idea!

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed swimming and boating at Sylvan Lake and even hit the slopes at Canyon Ski Resort. The rooms were clean and comfy, and the courtyard with the pool was a perfect spot to relax. Breakfast was decent too, especially when busy. Just expect limited food options during quieter times.
Getting to our room was confusing due to lack of clear signage. I got lost a few times, but it got easier as we figured it out.

The Queen Suite with Pool Walkout was great for our family. Having the pool right outside our door was super convenient, especially for the kids. Staff were friendly and helpful on the second and third days of our stay, making those interactions enjoyable. The breakfast spread was decent, with some good options to start our day. However, I faced issues on the first night. The staff member at check-in was rude and seemed uninterested in helping us. Additionally, we arrived to find no bedding for our kids, which was frustrating. We were only given mattress covers in place of blankets, making it uncomfortable for them. Overall, the hotel has a nice setup with decent amenities, but the check-in experience and initial room setup left a lot to be desired.
